SMS Notifications

Glassworks Houston uses SMS notifications to provide you with updates about our services, job confirmations, appointment reminders, billing notices, document requests, and other business-related communications.

  • You may opt out of our SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number you receive messages from. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages. To opt back in, simply sign up again or reply to our messages.

  • For help with our messaging services, reply with “HELP”, or contact us directly at glassworks.tx@gmail.com.

  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us. Check with your mobile provider if you have questions about your plan.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Uses & Disclosures of Information

We may use and disclose your information for the following purposes:

By opting in to receive text messages from Glassworks Houston or any of its affiliates (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following:

1. Providing Accurate Contact Information

You confirm that the phone number provided is accurate and that you are the current subscriber. If your number changes, you agree to notify us immediately at glassworks.tx@gmail.com.

2. Receiving Automated Messages

By voluntarily providing your phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated messages (SMS or MMS) related to your transactions, service updates, or promotional content. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS communications at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to our number. You may also opt out by emailing glassworks.tx@gmail.com. A confirmation message will be sent after successful opt-out.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Glassworks Houston harmless from any claims (including those under the TCPA or similar state laws) that result from providing a number you do not own or failing to inform us of changes.

5. Participation Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a mobile device with two-way texting capability. You must also be a subscriber with a participating wireless carrier. Not all carriers may support our messaging service.

6. Miscellaneous

You affirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. We may update these terms at any time and will provide notice of changes. Continued participation means you accept any updates.

Data Privacy Assurance

We do not share your SMS opt-in data or consent with any third parties. Your information is used solely for communication and service purposes as described above.
